It is the middle of a Crosby re-roof. The old shingles are off, the crew is on the deck, and our sign is in the front lawn with the office number on it. We keep it because the middle of a job is the part you are actually buying. Anyone can show you a finished roof. Fewer will show you the day the house was open.
Tear-off is also when a roof stops being an estimate. If the decking underneath has gone soft, you hear it from us that morning, with a number, before anything else goes back down.
